Eligibility & Membership

• Membership is open to individuals who meet the platform’s eligibility requirements.
• Fanbella is intended for individuals aged 13 years or above. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
• Fanbella reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any account that violates the Platform’s terms of use, or engages in fraudulent or abusive activities.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date.

Account Creation

• Registration may require providing a valid email address or phone number for verification.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their account details.
• Fanbella is not liable for unauthorized access due to weak or compromised credentials, device misuse, or password sharing.
• Fanbella may refuse registration or cancel accounts at its discretion.

User Conduct

• The account holder is responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
• Users must not post, share, or promote content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates any intellectual property rights.
• Fanbella reserves the rights to remove (without notice) any content that violates these Terms, and take necessary action as considered appropriate.
• Any form of harassment, spamming, or disruptive behavior will result in account suspension or termination.
• Users must respect the privacy of others and must not disclose personal information without consent.

Product Information and Pricing

• All content, services, and advertisements displayed on Fanbella are subject to change without prior notice.
• Fanbella may introduce paid features, and users will be notified about applicable pricing and subscription plans.
• Any promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, and shall not be misused.

Loyalty Points, Coins and Rewards Program

• Fanbella Points are awarded to users for completing designated in-app activities, as determined solely by Fanbella.
• Points may be converted into Fanbella Coins at a rate determined by Fanbella, which may be changed at any time and without prior notice to users.
• Fanbella Points and Coins have no monetary value, are not currency, and do not constitute a financial instrument, deposit, or security of any kind.
• Users cannot purchase, buy, or otherwise acquire Fanbella Points or Coins using real money, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment. Points and Coins can only be earned by participating in designated activities on the Platform.
• Fanbella Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, bank transfer, cheque, or any other monetary equivalent, and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or exchanged between users under any circumstances.
• Participation in any Points-earning activity does not involve betting, wagering, or staking of money, and Fanbella does not operate any lottery, chance-based prize draw, or gambling mechanism as part of this program.
• The Platform reserves the right to change the number of Points/Coins a user may earn, hold, or redeem at its sole discretion and without prior notice to users.
• The Platform reserves the right to forfeit Points/Coins (in whole or in part) awarded to a user, in the event Fanbella identifies suspicious activity, fraud, or misuse of the earning or redemption mechanism on such user’s account.
• The Platform reserves the right to withhold or forfeit Points/Coins for users who have violated any of these Terms.
• Upon termination or suspension of a user’s account (whether by the user or by Fanbella for cause), all accumulated Points and Coins shall be forfeited without compensation.
• The Points/Coins program is a loyalty and engagement program only and does not constitute a payment system, prepaid payment instrument, deposit-taking activity, or lottery under applicable Indian law.

Limitation of Liability

• Fanbella is provided on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee error-free functionality.
• Fanbella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
• Users must access third-party links and advertisements at their own risk.

Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Modification of Terms

• Fanbella reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
