• Users must not post, share, or promote content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates any intellectual property rights.
• Fanbella reserves the rights to remove (without notice) any content that violates these Terms, and take necessary action as considered appropriate.
• Any form of harassment, spamming, or disruptive behavior will result in account suspension or termination.
• Users must respect the privacy of others and must not disclose personal information without consent.

Product Information and Pricing

• All content, services, and advertisements displayed on Fanbella are subject to change without prior notice.
• Fanbella may introduce paid features, and users will be notified about applicable pricing and subscription plans.
• Any promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, and shall not be misused.
• The platform reserves the right to change the number of points/coins/prizes a user may win or burn on the platform at its sole discretion and without any notice to the users.
• The platform reserves the right to forfeit the points/coins/prizes (in whole or in part) given to a user, in the event Fanbella identifies suspicious activity on such a user’s account.
• The platform reserves the right to not offer or forfeit points/coins/prizes to users who have violated any terms.

Limitation of Liability

• Fanbella is provided on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee error-free functionality.
• Fanbella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
• Users must access third-party links and advertisements at their own risk.
